Gibberish is a keyboard layout converter made by Ronen Berliner. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights.
Gibberish processes all text locally on your computer. Your text, keystrokes, and clipboard contents are never collected, stored, or transmitted to any server. The app does not require an internet connection to convert text.
Gibberish collects anonymous, non-identifiable usage data through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service based in the EU.

This data helps improve the app by understanding which features are used and which languages are most popular.
Pro license purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), a Merchant of Record. When you purchase a Pro license, LemonSqueezy collects your name, email address, and billing information to process the transaction and manage your license.
Gibberish itself does not store your payment details. For information on how LemonSqueezy handles your data, see their privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Anonymous analytics data is only accessible to the app developer through the TelemetryDeck dashboard and is used solely for improving Gibberish.
Anonymous analytics data is retained by TelemetryDeck according to their data retention policies. Conversion history is stored locally on your device for statistics and the daily limit counter, and never leaves your machine.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
